In individual training, whether alone or in a small group, the focus is on your personal progress. No matter what level you play tennis at - the training is tailored to your individual goals and needs. With tailor-made exercises, targeted feedback and intensive coaching, we work on optimizing your technique, tactics and footwork and improving your game in the long term. Here you will receive full attention and professional support to take your tennis to the next level!

Group training

The group training offers you a varied mix of technique, tactics and footwork - perfect for players of all levels. In small groups of a maximum of 4 participants, you will rotate between three tennis courts, giving you a new focus on each court. Intensive training, individual feedback and a motivated atmosphere will help you improve your skills quickly and sustainably. Club membership is not required - everyone is welcome!

What you can expect in group training

Practice.

Master the basics and improve your stroke technique to a new level! In technique training, the focus is on precision and the clean execution of your strokes. Targeted exercises, for example with the ball machine, will not only make you more confident, but also more variable in your game - whether forehand, backhand or serve.

Play.

Strategy is the key to success! Tactical play teaches you how to put your opponents under pressure and make clever decisions on the pitch. We show you how to adapt your style of play to different situations, optimize positioning and timing and use the pitch to your advantage.

Perform.

Bring your entire game to peak performance! In performance training, we combine tactics and technique with intensive forms of play to boost your stamina and mental strength. It's all about delivering at crucial moments and consistently giving your best - ready for your next step?

  • This tennis training offers you the perfect opportunity to improve your technique, footwork and tactics - whether you are a beginner or an advanced player. The coaching is individually tailored to you so that you can fully exploit your potential and make progress step by step. With a holistic approach and professional training conditions, you will improve sustainably and experience how much fun tennis can be. The focus here is on your success on the court!

  • It is helpful to let the trainer know in advance whether you already have tennis experience and what your goals are so that the training can be individually tailored to your level. It is also recommended that you come to training already warmed up so that you can start straight away and make the most of the training time. A positive attitude and the willingness to try out new techniques and work on yourself continuously are also important, as the trainer focuses on a motivating atmosphere. With this preparation, you can look forward to an effective and fun training session. Participation in training is possible from a minimum age of 18 years.

  • As a rule, it is an advantage if you bring your own equipment - especially your tennis racket and suitable tennis shoes - as this will make you feel most comfortable and allow you to perform at your best. If we are playing in a carpeted hall, it is important that the shoes are clean without any residue. Unfortunately, you will not be able to take part in training if your shoes are dirty. If you do not yet have your own racket, we will be happy to lend you one. Please let the coach know in advance. We will take care of balls and all other training equipment.

  • You can train without club membership to take part.

  • You can cancel your booking free of charge via Eversports up to 24 hours before the start of the training session. If you cancel outside of this period, you will be charged the full price of the training session. If you train with us via an aggregator, you will receive a no-show invoice, the amount of which may vary depending on the aggregator. If you use a block card unit, a check-in will be deducted from your quota. Please note that we do not accept cancelations via email or phone.
