  • Beginner

    Beginner 1

Suitable for complete newcomers: You have never played tennis before or have only been on the court a few times with friends.

    Beginner 2

Suitable for tennis beginners: You have already been on the court several times, perhaps have already had 1 - 2 coaching lessons and sometimes hit the ball quite well, but still have very little control.

    Intermediate

    Intermediate 1

Suitable for beginners with basic knowledge: You have already played a few times, can hit the ball over the net, but still have difficulties with longer rallies and placing your shots.

    Intermediate 2

Suitable for experienced beginners: You know most of the strokes and basic techniques, but still play irregularly and have difficulties with the timing, precision and consistency of your strokes. Intermediate 2 is often also suitable for players who played regularly in their youth and have had a long break from the game.

    Advanced

    Advanced 1

Suitable for advanced recreational players: You have mastered the basic strokes, can place the ball in a targeted manner and have a certain tactical understanding, but are not yet playing at a high competitive level. (comparatively up to LK 18 - 25)

    Advanced 2

Suitable for ambitious recreational players: You play at a higher level, regularly and purposefully, can control rallies and have a lot of playing experience. (comparatively LK 10 - 16)

    Expert

Suitable for experienced competitive players: You play at a high club or regional tournament level, have a solid technique, tactical understanding and mental strength. (comparatively below LK10)

  • The training sessions are led by experienced coaches who play / have played at a high level themselves. A holistic approach is taken, which is agreed between all coaches.

Do you know a coach who would be a good fit for us? We would be delighted to get to know them!

  • We make sure that the groups harmonize as well as possible. If there are differences in the level of play, our coaches ensure that everyone is challenged individually.

  • We rotate across 3 courts every 20 minutes. On one court we practise footwork, technique and timing, on another court there is a ball machine where we apply what we have learned and on the third court we usually either practise serves or try to apply new skills in a playful way.

  • Each session has a maximum of 12 participants, divided into groups of four.

  • You can arrive on time for training and warm up a little beforehand so that you can get started straight away.

  • Training places are activated 12 days in advance. If you want to be quick, you can set up a notification on your smartphone: PDF instructions
