Training approach in detail

Over many years, I have developed a training approach on which my training is based. Find out more about what is important here.

What it's all about

Footwork plays a central role in my lessons. I am convinced that the best punching technique is useless if the legs are not in the right position to execute it correctly.

For this reason, I have developed a systematic footwork method that helps you to run optimally to the ball in different game situations and to adopt the correct stance. This makes a lasting contribution to improving the quality of the shot.

A particular focus here is on positional play. Depending on the positioning on the pitch, the footwork adapts optimally, which in turn influences the decisions regarding the shots. The zone game creates routines that are worth their weight in gold in pressure situations.
